Mine died July 18. Had 87% charge. Fitbit support insists that I clean my charger with rubbing alcohol because, it could be an issue with the charger. Really idiotic. Given the loss of the dashboard, and the trash quality of Google's ability to listen to customers, I am not entirely sure why I contacted Support, but let's see what comes of it.

I'm having the exact same issue. They have either a bad firmware version or some sort of design/manufacturing defect. Contact support, go through their steps and they should replace it with one (that hopefully) works. I've noticed that after it crashes, leaving it plugged in for 5 to 10 minutes can be necessary before the 1, 2, 3 button press reboots it. Sometimes you need to press very methodically to get it to restart. 1, 2, 3, release. 1, 2, 3, release. Going too fast or to slow won't work.
