Charge 6 not syncing completely

I have have MANY Fitbit devices. This is the first time that I have had this problem. Since I purchased my Charge 6 in November, it has not synced completely with my phone app unless I go back one day, call up those numbers, and then go forward to the present day. I called Customer Support, and their suggestions did not fix the problem. This is pretty annoying--can one of you kind "Fitbitters" help?

I also cannot sync by Fitbit. For me the issue started today. I have deleted and reinstalled the APP and unpaired the repaired the device. I have an iphone SE and a Charge 6. Fitbit is by far the most problematic App on my phone as this happens repeatedly.
