Charge 6 shipping

Ordered a Charge 6 in December, said it would ship 5th Jan, waited and  when it got to the 5th, it didn't ship, the website says Charge 6 on backorder and ships in January. no communication from fitbit, contacted them, they apologised, said its in backorder. i have waited till end of jan, no coms and no shipping. I this is how they deal with sales I cant imagine how they deal with service. Cant recommend Fitbit's service on any level (zero stars). Have since read about issues with HR and GPS and cancelled today. Great marketing and rubbish everything else

We're in the same situation, ordered one for me and one for my wife. Today it changed to ships in February on the website, still no actual communication about the delay and no idea when we can expect to receive them. If we hadn't already bought and unboxed extra fabric straps I'd have cancelled, just hoping they ship soon 🙁
