Everyday I have issues with the charge 6 and the app. It stopped syncing sometime yesterday (fitbit watch showed over 9000 steps the last sync showed 7000)
Today no steps, cant sync. Tried syncing on the PC, nope, on the app , nope. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app..nope. The watch shows my steps, but the app, and PC do not
And this not syncing is a DAILY thing, I am just over this charge 6.
I should have bought an apple watch argh
frustrating

I just did all this again...it lasted a few days. All updates were done on the last reboot. And I just did it ALL again 🫤😒🙄 This Charge 6 is so problematic 😐 honestly, no one should have to constantly 😤 go through all these steps time and time again 🤦:female_sign:F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-I-N-G!!!

Hello.
Have tried all the possible solutions provided.
Still, the fitbit charge 6 doesn't auto sync.
Each time have to manually scroll down to update the steps and calories.
On the same note the hourly target steps tare getting updated, however the calories and main steps on the top remain unchange.
Even the whole day have walked around 10,000 steps, in the evening it should be synced or scrolled down on the steps multiple times to get it updated or or force close.
Kindly provide solutions for auto sync which it used to be doing by itself before.
Thanks.

Hello @Therocksays! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Thank you for letting us know that your Charge 6 is not auto syncing.
For automatic synchronization, your mobile phone needs to have background running enabled; you can check this in your phone's settings. Additionally I suggest to verify all the requirements in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I have tried all the mentioned steps, it still doesn't auto sync.
I have to manually sync for atleast 2-3 mins for steps and calories to get updated under today section of fitbit app.
Kindly assist.
