My Charge 6 is not able to sync to my phone (Samsung) since 20 hours ago. While I could sew that the steps on my Charge 6 was 6000 plus, the phone only recorded 5000 plus (this was yesterday). And no readings at all for today on my phone eventhough my Charge 6 captured step count, but not sleep data. When I tried to sync both, the message on the phone was "looking". I've already restarted Charge 6 twice and switched off and on my Bluetooth. Both my phone and Charge 6 are fully charged, battery wise. Please help! Thank you!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Charge 6 not syncing to your Samsung. I appreciate the steps you followed to get this improved.
I recommend you follow the tips in this article so you can get this done, I'm positive it will help you. Also, in regards to the sleep tracking, take into consideration this.
