My Fitbit Charge 6 won't sync. Shut my Iphone off and back on but no syncing. Turned Bluetooth off and on but didn't help. Tried to disconnect Charge 6 from Bluetooth but is won't give me that option. Went to Fitbit app and tapped battery and removed Charge 6 from app. Tried to add Charge 6 device back onto app but it comes up error occurred try later, it can't find my Charge 6. Bluetooth will not allow me to remove Charge 6. Any ideas or help??

Hi. Could you please let me know whether you deliberately posted to the SDK Development forum section? I suspect there's a bug in the forum software. I can try to move your post to the best section for your problem.

I'm having the same issue!! It keeps not syncing! I restarted both my phone and my fitbit, reinstalled the app on my phone, made sure my software was updated, disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth. Was on customer service for a long time. It finally reconnected when I installed a "new" device, and worked great! ...and then, two days later, it's not syncing again. I'm getting a little phone icon with a little slash through it on the FB screen. I'm so frustrated!!

This is happening to me too on my Pixel 8. Apparently it's also happening to Samsung users. The latest update hasn't fixed the problem either.

Yep, me too. The only thing that works is if I restart my phone every time I want it to sync. None of the suggestions I've read here have worked to permanently fix the problem. I started a thread about it so everyone can respond in one place.
