Charge 6 not tracking sleep

Since about a week my charge 6 is not tracking my sleep. It shows the simplified tracking but not the detailed one with percentages. Nothing changed about the way I am wearing it. 

Besides this, since the last software update the battery is draining very fast and my fitbit is taking long to sync to my phone.

Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 6 from either the Settings menu on the device or by using the charging cable that came with your Fitbit? Some users have reported that this process helped them. If you would like instructions, click on this link: how to restart your Charge 6.

If this doesn't work to get your Charge 6 back to working normally, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They should be able to help determine if your Charge 6 is defective and let you know what are your options under warranty.

FYI - I have seen some users report that support had them do a factory reset (clear user data) as part of troubleshooting. If this is suggested to you, make sure to do a sync first so that your tracked data is uploaded to your account. Otherwise, any un-synced data will be lost.
