Try to restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
It's possible your device moved a bit while you were sleeping, or maybe the band was a little too loose to get a steady heart-rate reading. For better results tonight, try wearing it a bit higher on your arm—about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone. Make sure it feels snug and comfy, but not too tight: Learn how to wear your device for optimal sleep tracking.

Hello @Hateitnow
By any chance, are you also having issues with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? The green light is the optical heart rate sensor and it's used for sleep tracking as well.
If you don't see the green light, check the Settings tile on your Charge 6 and confirm that Heart rate is turned on:
