In the Fitbit app, I manually add my weight, but it keeps resetting and adding extra weight entries that I didn’t log. I even deleted my entire weight history to try to fix it, but the app is still automatically adding entries.
I also tried to update my calorie goals, but the app completely reset my starting weight and start date. Now it won’t let me set the goal to “help me find a goal” anymore.
I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem is still happening. Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?

I have been having the same issue and it is infuriating. I have done everything suggested. I have logged out and logged back in, it continued to reset my start weight & date. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it, same thing. I shut my phone down and re did everything above, same thing. Nothing is working and I just paid to renew my membership recently. I did not make any changes to my account, to my data, and I did not change my goal weight. People on other forums (Reddit) are currently having this issue with no solution. It is driving me crazy.
