I purchased my first ever Fitbit device, the Charge 6, a few days ago from Argos and I've not gotten it to work correctly at all. Honestly my first impressions are that it's absolute junk. I'm so disappointed and will have to take it back. I bought it primarily to count my steps, but that doesn't even work! It started counting them then it updated to the latest firmware and has been hanging up and freezing ever since. It will randomly start counting a few steps and then freezes for hours despite me walking around. I cannot believe this device is so popular if it cannot even do this. I've done the restarting of the device, of Bluetooth, repairing, all of the suggestions I've found. Nothing works. It's junk.
