So, after 3 weeks of waiting, writing here about the new Charge 6. Watch was bought in Croatia, as a Christmas present to me, by my wife. Been using it from Feb till one of the hottest days in Croatia in Zagreb - I think it was 35°or 37°C in the sun that day. Anyway, in July, after only 5 months of working it stopped working altogether.
Contacted store on 30th June, got instructions to contact Fitbit directly, which was done & got a chat on 3rd of July! Was promised to be contacted by someone, for instructions where to return the watch for service / repair / replacement (whatever?).
Today is 24th July, so 3 weeks have been passed. No response from service whatsoever! Thinking to put some rep all around internet on all my accounts from Reddit, all the way to local ones. As this is outrageous, that no response was given for 3 weeks for a watch that stopped working after 5 months! 😠
Has anybody else had such experience with Fitbit? Or is it the Google with this bad service? 🤷:male_sign:

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Charge 6 not turning on anymore.
I was able to confirm you contacted support already, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again since you have not received a response yet.
