Had Charge 6 in January this year. 2 weeks ago I put the watch on charge as battery was low (15%), watch then died completely, no green light on back or anything. Watch is totally unresponsive. I've followed the recommended steps to restart but to no avail. I purchased a new charger at £16.99 to try that, but has not made any difference today at all. The watch is still dead. Not happy considering watch is only 8 months old.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation om regards to you Charge 6, I appreciate the steps you followed to get this improved.
I was able to confirm you contacted support already about this, so you need to continue with them since they're already working on it, thanks for understanding!
