Charge 6 not updating steps

I'm collecting steps on my Charge 6 but it is not updating on the App. HELP!

It sounds like you're having issues with syncing since you're not seeing the steps in the Fitbit app.

Besides @RiekoC recommendation, I would also recommend pairing your device again:

  1. Tap the Today tab >  Then tap Devices .
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
