But if you are looking to send real-time alerts to a remote location, such as someone monitoring a senior citizen living at a different location wanting real-time alerts, Fitbit is not your appropriate device.
If you want information, would would have to be more specific what exactly you want for what purpose.

Also, can readings be triggered from the another person far away holding the phone ?
Do other people get update on ECG etc with a pdf like withings offers?

I'm not sure what types of alerts you are asking about @tryabitfit
We can set up alerts for heart rate during an exersize. I've received alerts on the Charge 6 to both slow down or speed up. The Charge 6 can also detect irregular heart rate rhythm and reminders to move. These come from the watch.
The phone, through BT can send alerts and notifications from apps to the Charge 6. The phone will need to be within the range of BT. Your far away phone will not be able to send alerts.
For ECG no they or you, will get any alerts. Yes you can download a pdf, and send this file to who you would like to see it.

Indeed @JohnnyRow, I want to send to someone monitoring a senior citizen. Well thought!
What kind of alerts: All kind of health alerts, like heart rate, temperature, or blood pressure (calculated) or whatever it shows.
Phone: there will be a local phone with senior citizen that is paired through bluetooth. But notifications via app can take time to reach and react (dependent on sms for example.) So another person monitoring senior citizen will be having another mobile in another country with the same app logged in with same account. Would that person get to see the same alerts like it will ring etc?
Can you suggest a device please. I prefer if it has good battery backup.

Then as @tryabitfit stated, Fitbit is not the unit that you want @tryabitfit

Fitbit sends alerts via bluetooth to nearby phone only. Any way to get these to another phone, anywhere including overseas is purely a phone function and out of the scope of what you should necessarily trust anyone here to know anything more about any more than anyone else. Also fitbit has no blood pressure, measured or calculated, and only temperature is overnight skin temp, not internal temp.

Thank you for all the insights @JohnnyRow. I would be really grateful if you can help me with a few below:
The way I'm referring to get the alerts to another phone is via Fitbit app. To elaborate:
I'm looking to validate if the last two bulletpoints are valid assumption.
As for temperature, thank you for the insight. I'm curious what kind of monitoring can I do for the remote person. So,
1. Fitbit only measures overnight temperature and not current temperature. I can't even trigger a reading from far away phone to see if the person has normal skin temperature.
2. What kind of realtime health measurements can I get from Fitbit charge latest. Like heart measurements, oxygen or heart rate etc.

Alerts only go to nearby (30 feet) phone via bluetooth.
I think you're going about this totally wrong way. Instead of starting with Fitbit, or any other tracker, start by doing Google search on "remote elderly monitoring" to find some recommended products/systems and discussions of their pros and cons.
Added later:
Rather than trying to adapt some other product to fit these needs, there are many products designed specifically for this purpose.

Hello @tryabitfit
Although I don't have a recommendation for a currently available product that meets your needs for an elderly user, please consider adding your vote and comments to this product request (<-- click link) in the Product Feedback forum. This request is for a Fitbit device that is designed for elderly users. If you have additional features that you think are necessary for this type of Fitbit product, please include those in your comments.

Hi @tryabitfit. Thanks for sharing your notifications query.
If you would like to know about real time notifications you can check help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? These go backwards of what you want to get on the phone.
You can also check: How do Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications check for atrial fibrillation (AFib)? This goes more with what you want but as our friends mentioned, if you are looking to send real-time alerts to a remote location, such as someone monitoring a senior citizen living at a different location wanting real-time alerts, Fitbit is not your appropriate device.
Thank you for your information and participation on this thread: @JohnnyRow, @Rich_Laue, @RiekoC.
