I have a charge 6 that I’ve had since Christmas and it has been working fine, but recently it stopped doing vibrations, I’m not in sleep mode, I’m not in do not disturb mode, and I’ve already restarted multiple times and even factory reset my device.

Thank you for sharing the information regarding this inconvenience with your Charge 6. I understand the difficulty that you are experiencing and thank you for the attempts in order to fix it.
I'd suggest restarting your tracker with the charging cable to refresh its performance and see how it goes.
