Charge 6 won't allow sleep editing

Hi everyone, I'm not able to edit sleep log with charge 6 after the recent update. Cleared cache, restarted tracker, forced quit, uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello @dscsmbhh

Which version of the Fitbit app do you have? To check,

  • Tap on your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on Help in the menu that opens
  • The version info will be on the page that opens

Also, are you an iOS or Android user?

My app version is 4.46, and I have a pixel 6a Android which recently
updated to 16.

I tried editing the sleep log, but it wouldn't save the change, so I
deleted it. Now it says no data for sleep, but when I try to enter the
sleep log manually, it says it can't be entered since a sleep log already
exists during that time period.

I don't usually care too much about the sleep log, but it was off by
several hours.

Hello @dscsmbhh

If you're seeing a message that a log exists for the time you're trying to add, go to the previous day's sleep log and look for an Additional Sleep log. There's likely a short sleep log that captured the beginning your sleep. When you delete that additional sleep log, you should be able to add your sleep in the app.

Hi, you were right, that the rest of the sleep log was additional sleep on
the previous day. Thanks for your help!
