Charge 6 suddenly stopped syncing refusing to pair with phone

This week Fitbit charge 6, less than one year old, suddenly stopped syncing. Have tried all trouble shooting suggested including uninstalling the app. Reinstalled and now charge 6 is refusing to pair with phone

Hi,  I was kicked out of my Fitbit account on holiday.   I can't see my account and I can't reset my password.  uninstalling and installing the app hasn't worked yet I can get semi into my profile via MacBook,  when I try to access my profile fully I get and error message.   is this similar o your issue?
