Charge 6 - not working after rain

I’m so mad. Get caught in one rain storm and now my Fitbit doesn’t work properly. So much for “waterproof” —-I think this is my last smart/fitbit product. I’m tired of products bleeding services monthly and then “poof” it’s just done and gone. Hard to find the whole cancel membership thing too—spent an hour trying to learn how and redirected four different ways that didn’t work, I’m just so done I think…lack of customer service. Ug.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit isn't working properly after the rain storm anymore. 

I suggest you try these steps:

  • If your device gets wet, it's important that you remove it and dry it thoroughly before putting it back on. 
  • You can try to clean the contacts of the watch with a toothbrush and fresh water and gently clean the pins on the charging cable with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol.
  • After that, charge the watch for 30 minutes using a different USB port on a computer or other UL-certified wall charger.
  • Finally, try restarting your Fitbit again.

yeah....I'll not be buying another fitbit again. Running on my OLD OLD
one...switching companies.
