Charge 6 - display not turning on

  • Two days ago my Charge 6 lost interaction ability. I can see the time, but any time I try to tap it to interact, the screen goes dark and I cannot see or interact with it. It is still connected to my phone and tracks my steps, however I cannot see the screen on my Charge 6. I tried installing the update, which was successful but didn't help. I reset my charge 6 using the charging cable. I changed my clock face with no help. I have done all of these multiple times. I bought this Fitbit in January 2024. Any ideas?
