Incorrect graphs for zone minutes

I have had many problems with the data on my Charge 6's Android app. Here is one example. You can see in the first section that I had "intense activity" in both the morning and the evening. Each was about 80 zone minutes, which is about what I would guess. However, only the former is recorded in the zone minutes graph near the top. Also, the "time in heart rate zones" graph near the bottom makes no sense.

My app is up to date. My phone is relatively new. Is there any way for this to get fixed? Thank you.

Hello @SLP5

I know there have been issues on the Fitbit side that affect data syncing, including exercise data. Looking at your screenshot (thank you for that), I'm wondering if the wonky AZM data you're seeing is related to these known issues.

At this point, I don't think there's any troubleshooting to do as I think the problem is on the Fitbit side.

FWIW, I saw a Moderator post from yesterday (02 Oct 2024) stating that an update to the Fitbit app will be rolling out in the next few days. Keep checking the app store for the update. If the update doesn't fix the issue you're seeing, please respond to this thread and let us know.

Thanks, I'll look out for the update, and reply if I still see issues.
