Charge 6 not working properly

My new charge 6 is not working in all areas.  I have tried re-starting which did not help. I have tried updating it but when I tap 'Today' at the bottom nothing happens.

Thanks for taking the time to share your questions with us about your Charge 6 and for the steps you have done. 

I'd like to better understand what type of issues you are experiencing, remember that you don't have any Today button on your Charge 6. You do have this option on the Fitbit app on the phone.

By any chance is this what you are talking about? Let me know so we can take a look into it!

To clarify, I am talking about the 'Today' button on the app. It is a new
fitbit and not working as well as the old one. I tried re-starting which
didn't get the app working properly, so I thought I would check if it
needed an update.

Having the same issue aswell as other issues. If anyone asked me would I recommend a fitbit, I'd tell them no. I'm having issues syncing mine, no sleep data. Basically it's just a watch that doesn't even display the correct time until I can actually sync it eventually which could mean losing data.

@Foffx @Hilsx Many thanks for taking the time to clarify this situation but I still have some dudes. 

Seems that you are having issues while syncing your Charge 6 with your Fitbit app. Please make sure to have the app always updated as well as your phone's software. Check the following article to know how to sync your device properly: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

My daughter has checked my new fitbit and phone and it has the most recent
updates.

The steps appear to be working.

The sleep is not showing the breakdown or sleep score, only the total
hours for each day and the average. The sleep score was working but has
stopped.

The active zone minutes sometimes doesn't work although I am nearly 74 and
push a wheelbarrow around a field twice a day and get out of breath.

The exercise days does not work, although I average between 8000 and 9000
steps per day.

The floors does not work.

The breathing rate has stopped working, as has the heart rate variability
and oxygen saturation.

The resting heart rate did not work on Sunday or Monday.

What do I do next?

I have been using my Versa for a long time I haven't used the charge 6 for
a long while.

It's important to note that your Charge 6 doesn't track floors. Additionally, your exercise days won't be counted unless you or your device register specific activities like walking or running.

Also, please keep in mind that it might take a few nights of wear for your Charge 6 to provide a full sleep breakdown. The device needs to gather specific data to accurately calculate your sleep score.
