I have the Fitbit charge 6. When I check to see if the Fitbit is up to date the screen just flashes the Fitbit logo. What am I doing wrong? In the past it would either say up ti date or offer the Porto install the update. The app stalls there and I have to shut it down to even go back to the previous screen. Can anyone explain this to me or is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Thank you!!

Welcome back to the community, I'm glad to see you once again here, @Spearguy.
Thanks for explaining this situation in regards to the update of your Charge 6.
It is normal if you don't get anything going after checking for the update, I was able to confirm your Charge 6 firmware is updated. I'm not sure which steps you're following to update it, but these are the ones you need to follow:

Hi CrisVillaFitbit!
I've done everything you said to do and I believe my Fitbit is updated, but now in pink at the bottom of the screen it shows "Remove This Charge 6." I assume I don't want to click that, but wanted to make sure...

Hello there and welcome back, @Spearguy.
I'm glad I was able to help you, @Spearguy, and thanks for posting since this will help other users in the community.
And welcome to you, @wilddog789, it is always nice to see a new user posting.
Yeah, I would not recommend you to click on that since it will remove your Charge 6 and you'll need to set it up once again.
