Charge 6 not working

I got my Charge 6 yesterday and looked at the time this morning and it wouldn’t come on. I put it on the charger and it’s charged 100 percent and it came on, then I put it on my wrist and it stopped working again. I put it on the charger again and it came back on. It is back on my wrist and working right now but has recorded none of my activity today. I’m ready to send it back if it’s going to be unreliable. Is anyone having this problem?

Hey, at least yours will charge and turn on. Mine is a little brick. Customer support just had me repeat everything I already tried after reading the website. Did manage to get my Charge 4 relinked after several tries despite the massive Google app malfunction reported yesterday on the letter formerly known as Twitter. The app is functioning today, so maybe your issue did or will resolve. Good luck.

Got one new, out of the box yesterday.  Charged it fully, then within 3 hours it was off.  Tried the button on the charger a few times and got it on.  Seemed to be working.  So I went to sleep.  Woke up, off again.  Now I can't get it on.  Returning it this afternoon.
