What a racket.  I've only had this fitbit for six months and it's already dead.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing troubles with your Fitbit device. 

Could you please bring more details about it ? What device do you currently have? Do you use Android or iOS? 

Meanwhile, I recommend you to verify your Fitbit App and device are updated. How do I update my Fitbit device?
