My charge 5 died after 4 years. I am looking to buy either the Charge 6 or Versa 2 (budget reasons) heart rate, steps and sleeps in the main thing I track. Any advice would be great.

Hi @s1indy why not consider the Inspire 3. It's under $100 and does more than you'd need. It's smaller on the wrist, too. You can often find it on sale for $79.

@s1indy The Versa 2 is a discontinued model. All Versa 2s were manufactured around 2019-2020. Rechargeable batteries can degrade even if they are never used. Look for something that will have a fresher battery and a warranty.

I would not recommend the Charge 6. I went from the Charge 5 to the 6 when my 5 stopped working/holding battery. I've had nothing but problems with the Charge 6. It constantly disconnects from iPhone/Bluetooth even though I have Background Refresh on and never had this problem with the 5. Google customer service has been terrible and offers no solution to this ongoing problem. I think since Google took over FitBit everything has gone down hill.
Good Luck and let us know what you decide!
