SP02 Update Not Available on my device

I had SP02 on my Fitbit Charge 6 until 2 days ago, when it said to install an update. However, when I try to install the update, it says its not available on my device! What's going on?

Hi @LHen8989Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you with your SpO2 app on your Charge 6.

First of all, Fitbit SpO2 isn’t available in all regions. Did you change any settings in your Fitbit App related to location?

For more information on availability, see Health Metric > Availability.

Hi @DanielF_SWE, thank you for your response.

Thank you for your patience. Our team is aware of the problem and are working to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

Some Fitbt users have reported they were able to restore the SpO2 app by changing some adjustments in the mobile's network while troubleshooting the app.

  • Check on your phone if you are using a VPN. If you are, turn it off.
  • If you are using Wi-Fi, switch it to mobile data or vice versa.
  • Try to install the SPO2 clock face.
