My charge 6 not turning on and when contacted fitbit support said will order the replacement and will get an update over the email which has passed more than almost 2 months now and I have no update till date. Everytime I ask the support they says the same thing email will be send but I never recieve it. When asked for the ETA they don't provide anything at all.
Don't know what to do next now.

Not good as I'm experiencing the stability issue; Charge 6 keeps randomly crashing, and I'm expecting to need to do this. Good luck.

Hello @Bittyplayer
I'm going to flag your post to the Moderators. Although they aren't able to help directly, they might be able to help get this to the right Support team.

i have been waiting as well.
Really is not a good way to promote your product.
If i didn't know better i would say this will be the last charge google will have, as they will be pushing either the pixel watch or the versa/sense.
