So I've had my charge 6 for about two three months now, I'm careful not to get it wet as much as I can with exercising and what not, but all of aa sudden today it stopped reading heart rates then a few hours later the charge dropped to nothing the screen doesn't work unless it's right after it's plugged in and none of the other buttons work and every time I plug it in it displays the Fitbit logo when charging then nothing I can't use the screen or anything I'm really upset because it was working great and all of a sudden this!

Mine has done this too, but won't even charge up now. Only had mine 4 months and it won't charge or turn on, my app says it has charge but won't sync. Interested to see any responses as I'm gutted!

I charged mine this morning and now it doesn't register my HR nor is it counting my steps. It was working fine until I charged it!

Hello @Winterwallker , @JoseyH & @llpierce
Are you seeing a green light on the back of your Charge 6? To check, place your finger across the back of the device. You should see a green light when you lift your finger. That's the heart rate sensor. If you don't see the green light, double check that Heart Rate wasn't accidentally turned off in your Charge 6's Setting menu. Swipe down from clock face to get to the Settings menu on your device.
Some users had success in getting the heart rate sensor to show up again after they restarted their device. This can be done from the Settings menu on the Charge 6 or by using the charging cable that came with your Fitbit. If you would like instructions, click on this link: How do I restart my Fitbit?
If restarting didn't restore your heart rate sensor, that would indicate you have a defective device and should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to find out what are your options under warranty.

My Charge 6 is also only a few months old, was fine, but I have had rapid discharge issues the past few days. I checked all of the apps and they all say updated 1st Nov, except for the ECG app, which says 14 March.
As that is the only recent change I can see on the device, I've uninstalled that app to see if it cures the problem.
Perhaps you could use you phone app to check your Fitbit apps, to see what may have changed to trigger this problem.
