I was doing the breathing meditation thing about 2:40 this morning, and I felt my Fitbit buzz and I looked knowing my 3 minutes wasn’t up. I saw the Fitbit logo and my screen went blank and won’t come back up. The battery is full, the green sensor light on the bottom is flashing, and when I push the side button it does its little buzz and vibrate but the screen remains black. I’ve tried holding the button for various lengths of time to see if that does anything but it doesn’t.

Hello @TheWhale1
Have you tried restarting your Charge 6 using the charging cable that came with your device? That would be the first recommended troubleshooting step to try.
Another troubleshooting step to try is changing the clock face. This sometimes can get the device "unstuck" and back to working normally.
If restarting and changing the clock face isn't successful in bringing back your Charge 6, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link)

Thanks so much @RiekoC . I had actually changed the watch face while I was trying to find help not knowing it might make a difference, and it didn't. I ended up going through support and being issued a replacement since my device is only two months old. Thank you for your response!
