Suddenly my charge 6 display has become blank/no display. The device is working using Fitbit app as usual. I have tried all suggested methods like pressing button on charger 3 times, changing face clock, etc but display is not coming back. The device is charging, responds to pressing the right button by vibrating, the back led lights also flashing on touching. I get information on my phone so I know it works but it will not display

Let me help you with the screen issues you are experiencing with your Charge 6. Thank you for all the troubleshooting you have already tried.
By restarting your device and changing the clock face, you complete the basic suggested troubleshooting fo this kind of issues. If you device is still syncing data, it's vibrating and the back led lights are flashing it means it is just an issue with the display.
My best advice at this point is to contact our customer service support. They count with better resources to help you further. I appreciate your time in this process.

I have the same problem - No display.
