Charge 6 screen is saturated

 My charge 6 has been working fine for about 6 months, but a few days ago its battery randomly started draining in 2 hours and the screen is saturated. I don’t know what to do

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation and for the picture.

In this case I suggest you try to restart your Charge 6 and change the clock face:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  3. Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.
  4. After you changed the clock face sync your device with the Fitbit app.
