Charge 6 screen isn't displaying

I purchased my Charge 6 on 11/23 and already my screen isn’t displaying. Took it to Geek Squad and they said the screen is messed up but I missed the return window by a day. I’m so frustrated. I see others are making same comments. Why isn’t the company looking for a permanent solution. Yes it has a warranty but I kind of not want to have a brand new watch worked on.

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs for these devices.

Have you tried a restart? 

Plug the power cord into a live USB, connect the Charge 6, now hold the button in. 

I believe if the cord is not connected to a USB, pressing the button will turn the Charge 6 off.

@Sgavin67 Thanks for letting us know about your Charge 6, and trying to get in touch with the retailer. I understand you and I'm sorry you've had this experience with your new Charge 6. Before we can check other options and to exhaust all our resources,  could you confirm if you've tried troubleshooting your tracker? Is the green light on the back working?

In addition to the restart process recommended by our friend, make sure your tracker is connected to your account and try changing the clock face as this has worked for other members.
