The screen is not working but when I press power button it vibrates and it also still syncs to my phone

Please, connect your device to the charging cable. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears. For more information please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
In addition, sync the device as indicated in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Beside that, please change your clock face following the tips listed here.
