I got a notification that my battery was low so I put it on its charger. I returned a half hour later and it hasn't charged. I've tried moving it every direction but it seems like the charger has stopped working. How do I fix it? I got this for Christmas and am surprised I already have an issue after only using for a few weeks.

Hello @Hdubs
This page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why isn't my Fitbit battery charging? (<-- click link). Hopefully, one of the recommended steps will work and get your Charge 6 back to charging properly.
If you try all the steps without success, then you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) .

Hello, I am having the same issue today (1.12.2024). I have tried all the troubleshooting recommendations and none work. I tried to reset it on my iphone, but of course, it can't reset because there isn't enough charge on the watch to do that or to download some update that is pending. So frustrating. I got the watch in early October.

Thank you. I did and they attempted to assist me. However, the Fitbit just started charging on its own shortly after your instruction. Thanks just the same!
