After just one month of use, and without hitting the device against anything, the screen started to display vertical lines in the middle (as if it had cracked or something).
Just got the Charge 6 as a Christmas present, and with less than a month of use the screen just started to give up. I reached out to Customer service and performed all the steps: restarting the device, erasing the content, syncing again. None of those issues fixed the problem, and I was told to wait for a response by email about warranty coverage. I was told by email that the “product does not meet the replacement requirements of our warranty policy”

It is a shame how Fitbit’s quality has gotten so bad in the past few years. I feel like I just got into a scam product
