I've purchased a new Charge 6. Moved my Fitbit account to Google, removed my Charge 5. and started the setup process. I get to the point where it says the Charge 6 if found, but no 4-digit pairing code is displayed on the Charge 6. Bluetooth is on and I am not able to continue. The Charge 6 displays a note to download the app. How can I proceed past this point?
Thank you.

Resolved. I shut down my iPad and turned it back on again, then went to the app and my Charge 6 displayed the pairing code. it is now downloading a software update. So all seems to be well. Hopefully this helps someone else in the same predicament.

Hello @BjeL
Thank you for sharing how you resolved your problem with the Charge 6 setup. It's interesting that turning off your iPad, then turning it back on fixed the problem.
I'm sure this will be helpful for other users dealing with a similar issue.
