I slept from 11:45 p.m. to 7:49 a.m
Sleep time appears to be 2 hours and 36 minutes on the fitbit app, and the shape of the graph has also changed because it is less than 3 hours.
When I woke up at dawn earlier, it was
normal shape,

Thank you for the details and screenshot provided. Just to confirm, do you mean that the graph from your screenshot changed to the one showing sleep stages? As you may know, to receive sleep stages you need to have at least 3 hours of sleep recorded by your Fitbit device. I understand you woke up at 7:49 AM, but if you continue to sleep until dawn, Fitbit will merge the sleep hours to form a single log. Please note this will happen only if you don't stay awake or active too long. For more information about how sleep is recorded, see this help article.
