Charge 6 smart alarm doesn't stop

I have my new charge 6 with an alarm at 6:00, smart wake triggers an alarm from 5:30. I get an alarm close after 5:30, fine, dismiss it and keeps laying down for the wife to wake up. Now the alarm starts again! I dismiss it again. But later it goes off once more, and the time is not 6:00 yet and my wife has been disturbed by the alarms. Why does it act like l snoozed when l dismissed it?!

Hello there @Janerikf, welcome to the Fitbit Community. 

I really appreciate that you take the time to share this situation with us.

I'd like to think that this is a glitch from the device software and maybe can get resolved by some basic steps. If you haven't done so yet, please try restarting your device and removing the alarm from the watch and re-added it once again.
