Hi, is anyone else having pr9oblems with the battery on the charge 6 - just sleeping consumes 10% of the battery. I went for a 3 mile walk and that consumed 5% I don't know if this relates to app updates or "improvements" but the new dashboards on the app are no where near as good as the previous ones and now I feel like I constantly need to charge my device.

This week mine started going from 100% charged to 0 in just half a day. I didn't change any settings

Bought my charge 6 about a month ago, used to last me 5-6 days minimum but for the past week it won't even hold a charge for 1 whole day.
Chatted support explaining everything but they just keep linking the same article to prolong battery life. I've tried all of them and only then contacted support. They basically told me we can't do anything for you..... ridiculous

Similar problem, my Charge 6 went on strike last Monday, wouldn't come to life when tapping the screen. It was checked the following days but no change, then last night I knocked it from its charging spot and the screen lit up and was fully charged. I put it back on my wrist and went to sleep, this morning it was down to 32%, so put it back on charge, 9 hours later and it's back down to 38%.
As a previous owner mentioned, I used to get almost a weeks use from a charge but under 12 hours is going to be useless. My settings are still the same as they were before it took the working week off.

Hello @MylaiRamesh
For this kind of issue, it might be best to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

Hi everyone!
Thanks for joining the Community family and for sharing that the batteries of your Charge 6 are draining too quickly!
I suggest you all to check if you can update your devices: How do I update Fitbit devices?
Then try to do a restart:
1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second. (Note: If your charger doesn’t have a button, you can instead disconnect your tracker from the charging cable, pause for 1 second, then reconnect it. Repeat 3 times.)
3. Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
If your device doesn’t restart, wait 15 seconds and try again.
Please make sure you follow the suggestions from this article too: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
