I had help to reset my charge 6. Worked great for 1 day. Went back to not syncing again. I have over 10,000 on my watch buy 158 shows on app. No sleep recorded. Is there ever going to be a permanent fix for this? So frustrating. Losing points on work app because of this.
Best AnswerAfter you reset the device, did you sync it to the Fitbit app? Open the app and pull down on the main page.
