Charge 6 spo2 not working

I’ve recently upgraded to the charge 6 and everything works well other than the spo2.  It stopped working mid December on my charge 5 and I was hoping it would be back now I have the charge 6, but no!  I’ve contacted Fitbit but all I get told is to install the spo2 clock which isn’t an option and it doesn’t show anywhere as an app to add (they kept telling me to use a spy glass in the app section to search but there isn’t one!). The other four health metrics are there but not the spo2.  Has anyone else had same issue and how did you get it fixed??
