Charge 6 step count is innacurate

Hey, Fitbit:

i brought fitbit charge 6 ,2 days back and it was working ridiculous while i am sleeping its showing 100 steps, just movement of hands adding steps what is the use of buying branded fitbit bands rather than a cheaper one,i need some explanation from your side.i lost trust issues and expectations on you Fitbit.

Ok so first of all, you only had the device for 2 days tops.  That's not enough time for it to measure your movements.  

As far as counting steps when you sleep, this shouldn't be happening.  I assume you've worn the device to bed and not placed it near anything that could be vibrating?
