Charge 6 step goal issues

I have a charge 6, and v4.6.1 if the app on iOS. Over the last week I’ve had three problems. First, my step target seems to have reset from the previous 10k to zero (as I exceed my target by my step count every day). Second, I can’t reset my goal, the app says that something went wrong, unable to load your goals. Third, my steps streak is showing as 3, whereas it should be more than 850. Any ideas what I should do?

Hello @RL_1962 

Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your iPhone? This process might clear out the problem that you're seeing with your step count target. 

  • Do a manual sync so that your tracked data is uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers
  • Log out of the Fitbit app
  • Uninstall the app
  • Re-install the app
  • Log back into the Fitbit app
