I have a Charge6 and it has stopped mapping my exercise. I like to see if my miles are getting faster for a PB. I have GPS enabled on the actual Fitbit. Am I overlooking something? Anyone else having this issue? I have been wearing it for 4 months and it used to map

Best Answer@Donal.OM On your Charge 6, when you tap the Walk exercise, swipe up from the bottom and make sure the GPS is turned on. Perhaps it was toggled off for some reason.
I have had the same issue for the last couple of months. It used to map my journey but does not any longer. I have gone through all of the settings and even kept GoogleMaps open while exercising and it does not map the journey. I suspect it is something that was disabled in the last software update.
Best Answer@luanexi2 @Donal.OM Just to confirm, your GPS settings are turned on and your starting your run from the Charge 6 and you're selecting "Run", "Walk", or "Hike", correct? And you are still not seeing a map in the app when you select "Exercise Days" and then tap on the tile to view all your workouts? If possible, can you post a screen shot of what your app looks like?
I would restart your watch, disconnect and reconnect to your phone's bluetooth or possibly even do a factory reset if the issue persists.
Hi Heather,
Yes, I did all of the things you suggested. Screen shots below of today verses when it was mapping.
