This morning I noticed my Charge 6 stopped tracking my sleep at 12:31 a.m. I did a restart and it immediately showed the 7 hours I actually slept. But now, it's back to showing only 2hrs and 44 minutes. I tried restarting it again, but this time it didn't change anything. It still shows I woke up and stayed awake at 12:31 am and it doesn't show my HRV, Sp02 or skin temp.

Hey there @ChiggerHaven, welcome back to the Fitbit Community!
Thanks a lot for letting us know about this inconvenience with your sleep tracking from yesterday!
This issue could be due to a loose fit on your wrist. Before you go to sleep tonight, I recommend trying the following as a daily routine:
I personally alternate wearing my Sense on different wrists to give my dominant wrist a break. I also clean the back of the device with fresh water and a paper towel. I find this greatly improves heart rate tracking and helps prevent issues. Just make sure your device is snug enough on your wrist, and give it a try.

Hello @ChiggerHaven
I hope I'm understanding your issue correctly. It looks to me that you didn't see your full sleep on your Charge 6 until you did a restart.
Out of curiosity, what does your Fitbit app show for your sleep log? Do you see your Health Metrics in the Fitbit app for that night?
The reason why I ask is that I've seen users report that they don't see their sleep score & info on their device, but their sleep information in the Fitbit app is correct.
