Charge 6 stops getting notifications from iPhone 15

Sometimes I get notifications from iPhone 15 and other times I don't.  I haven't changed any settings

please help

Welcome to the forums, @gs333.

Thanks for the details and checking your settings. Just to confirm, is the issue with all notifications (phone, messages, apps, etc)? Even though you haven't changed anything, please make sure your Charge 6 doesn't have the DND and Sleep Modes enabled. Also, on your phone's settings, make sure the Share System notifications are turned on and the Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.
