Charge 6 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi

All of the sudden yesterday my device was showing the logo only.

I have restarted using the button method with the charge cable pressing 3 times.

The device screen goes black and I can feel it vibrate.

Then it goes back to indefinitely showing the blue logo.

Anything else I can try to fix it?

The phone app shows Charge 6 synced 2 days ago.

I have restarted phone and watch a few times.

I contacted support and we went through some troubleshooting.

I am sending the unit back and will receive a replacement.
