Charge 6 suddenly going backwards in steps

My charge 6 has started going backwards steps wise. This affects calories burned etc. Today i went from 21k to 16.7 to 16.2 to now 15.2. Not synced with any other apps, turned off phone as a device, no manual entries, turned off auto detect walk, etc. Was fine before flying from Phx to HI

Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 6? That's usually first recommended troubleshooting step to try.

You can restart from the Settings menu on the Charge 6 or by using the charging cable that came with your device. This page has the instructions on how to restart the Charge 6 (<-- click link)

Hi Rieko,

Yes i did restart before both the charge 6 and phone before posting. A couple days after post it went back to normal. Hopefully it stays that way when I return to the mainland 😀. Thank you for your reply.
