Charge 6 overrides GPS data

I will start an exercise using the map. GPS is 4.11 miles. 

After the activity, it will decrease to 3.71 miles

Why is the activity also showing a low % goal if my daily goal is 5 miles

Since syncing. You can see it has changed the activity
