Hi everyone,
My charge 6 has started to die like 3 times in a day as of 1 week ago today. I saw that version 210.64 is out but my device doesn't seem to be able to get the update. I live in Guyana, South America. Can anyone help me determine how to fix both these issues?
I've tried restarting the device and waiting until it is 100% but in 6 hour or so it drains which is not what I'm accustomed to. e.g. I went to bed last night at midnight with battery at 60% when i woke up at 05:40 i saw that it died at 2am ...

I'm not sure if you have followed the steps listed in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
You can confirm if there's an update pending by going to the Fitbit app, tap on the upper left corner icon > tap on the device icon > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears. If you don't see it, it means there is no update pending.
